Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive contains a specially formulated range of adapted high-performance micro-organisms developed for use in the biological wastewater treatment of greases, fats and oils. The range of micro-organisms contained in Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive consists of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria.
Selected from their natural environment, these bacteria have been adapted to give optimum performance in degrading greases, fats and oils by providing the normal mechanism for the selection of the biomass population with the opportunity to change its make-up in a matter not usually available.
As well as micro-organisms, Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive contains a micronutrient blend specially selected for sludge reduction. This micronutrient blend provides a complete formulation for maximum biological activity and reacts with municipal waste to produce biological enhancers. When used as directed Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive is safe and is harmless to people, clothing and the environment and is completely biodegradable. Through extensive research activities, Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive has been developed to involve 14 strains of bacteria which have been selected for their ability to perform under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions, and to biodegrade organic material comprised of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Bio-Systems SA Grey Water Additive also includes a strain of lactobacillus that tends to lower pH. |
